Owner & Head Teacher
In February of 2001, I walked into Mommy and Me to observe a class for a potential part-time teacher job. Both of my children were in school full time at that point and I knew I wanted to go back to working with children. My previous employment was working as an aide at Just Kids Learning Center. The moment I saw a class I knew the program was something special, and I felt like I was “home”. After many years, a few away from Mommy and Me, I finally became the owner in 2018.
It has been an incredible journey building the school up to where it is today – with three different programs running so successfully.
I am so passionate about having the children that we are privileged to teach feel welcome and special, while also being prepared for their school experience. It is a joy walking in the door each day and being the owner and teacher of such an important school for young children. I never take one moment for granted.
